Stopped by for something to take to a 4th of July picnic, not sure what I wanted. Everything looked scrumptious. I chose an apple pie, a bit pricey, I think was $11.99. But far superior to a grocery store pie. It was a great choice, everyone commented on it. Go there whenever I need a special treat.

Lots of tasty looking options to choose from at good prices. The mini cheesecake tarts are to die for- I reccomend the turtle!!

Stopped in to order unicorn cake for my daughters birthday. I told the cake decorator I would email photo of idea. I never hear back from email so I called in and spoke to employee who called her daughter, the cake decorator, on speaker. She seemed annoyed to be bothered when she wasn’t in the store. She called me the next day and I explained to her it’s a party of 8 people & didn’t need to be huge. She wanted to add a tier to make the unicorn and said it would be $37 for the cake. My husband went to pick up the day of the party and came home to tell me he paid $57.00. It did not look that impressive for $57! & the buttercream wasn’t all that great tasting. I was DEFINITELY disappointed. I probably won’t order another cake there especially not for $57.00!!!!

This place is awful since it reopened.The buttercream used to be my favorite and now it tastes like Crisco. The prices have increased and their products are not worth it. I have never been a fan of the local grocery store bakeries but I will go there before going back to Hermitage bakery.

While the hours aren't great with my particular schedule, the bakery here is easily the best in the area. I've never had anything from Hermitage Bakery that wasn't the best version of that thing I've ever had. I highly recommend the bear claws.

I have had nothing there that isn't delicious. Everything is fresh. Glad to know that bakers are there every night making new and fresh items.

This is not the same Hermitage Bakery. Staff is very rude and have a major attitude. Everything is completely overpriced and dry. Purchased a birthday cake here for my daughters birthday and will never be back! Icing was horrible and bland and cake was dry dry dry. Giant Eagles cakes are much moister and cheaper. Aside from that, it seems a little dirty in there. If you’re not going to bake good cakes, at least sweep the floor and mop.

The service was friendly and the pastries looked amazing. I picked up some donuts for a construction crew working in my store and they were a big hit! Awesome job!

Never disappointed with the quality but was very disappointed with the price of the cookies..$2 is way too much for a single cookie when I can get a dozen for $6 at Walmart.

Let me start this review stating that I hail from New York City, so I naturally have refined taste buds for baked goods. My husband and I bought a BUNCH of pastries here. Anything with fruit and anything that looked any kind of yummy. Let me tell you... I was disappointed. The fruit pastries were skimpy and under-filled. The cakes were over done and the cookies were really nothing special. My kids liked the bear claw but it was kinda empty too. This is apparently the best bakery in the area but I won’t be returning. I’ll bake my own stuff.

Best donuts around! I can't even eat Dunkin after having these. If you want apple fritters, get there early or call ahead, they sell out fast.

When to my niece Birthday party and the cake look horrible. I ask him where he got it and he said Hermitage Bakery and paid $130 for it. I could have done better than that. I have gotten cake for there in the past and look great but I guess got a new cake person and they need to find a new job.

The do it's got smaller. But they're still really great. I went to the new May's Donuts & threw the whole box away. They were all overdone. The clerk didn't even let me g er t to the counter & asked if I know what I want. I almost turned & just left. I'll stick to Hermitage Bakery. They have more than just donuts, so it's convenient.

Absolutely wonderful products. Love the canolli. Staff and owners are professional and very willing to help if needed.

Great cakes...The cake decorator is Amazing. Her talent is out of this world. It is very clean and everything is tasty! I love it!

The pastries and donuts are great. The cakes are good...but I think the icing may be too sugary. I don't know that's just me because everyone's tastes are clearly different. Decent service, good with custom orders...some of the younger ones working there need to work on people skills but hey at least they're working. Not too bad of a place.

This bakery makes amazing cakes and pastries at great prices. There's a big selection to choose from but some favorites run out early so call in and order the day before or wake up early. They have everything including fresh bread, donuts, cookies, cakes, and custom made treats. Sometimes it's possible to find even cheaper deals on items left over from the day before that are marked down. This is truely a great hometown favorite.
